AMCUC anchors the national cannabis discourse within evidence-based clinical medicine, bridging policymakers, agronomists, farming cooperatives, pharmaceutical laboratories and the medical community.

Law 13-21

Enacted in 2021, Law 13-21 reclassified cannabis from a prohibited narcotic to a highly regulated, high-value agricultural commodity destined for global pharmaceutical, cosmetic and industrial supply chains.
